1. はじめに

本プライバシーポリシーは、BAULIFE(以下「当方」)が提供するMacアプリ「BGM Pilot」(以下「本アプリ」)および本ウェブサイト(以下「本サイト」)における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

本アプリは、YouTubeのBGMチャンネル運営を支援するために、利用者ご自身のMac上で動作するアプリです。当方は、利用者のデータを収集・保管するサーバーを運用していません。

2. 本アプリがアクセスするデータとその目的

本アプリは、利用者の明示的な許可(Googleアカウントによる認証)を得た上で、YouTube Data APIを通じて以下のデータにアクセスします。

YouTubeチャンネル情報(チャンネル名・チャンネルIDなど) — 接続先チャンネルの識別と、アプリ内での表示のため。
動画のアップロードおよびメタデータの設定(タイトル・説明・タグ・サムネイル・公開予約など) — 利用者が承認した動画を、利用者のチャンネルへ投稿・予約するため。
コメントの投稿 — 利用者のチャンネル運営の一環として、利用者の承認のもとでコメント(固定コメント等)を投稿するため。
統計情報の取得(再生数・登録者数など) — チャンネルの実績レポートを利用者本人に表示するため。

これらのデータは、上記の目的以外(広告・第三者提供・プロファイリングなど)には一切使用しません。

3. データの保存場所 — すべて利用者のMac内

本アプリが取得・生成するデータ(チャンネル情報、動画・サムネイル・楽曲ファイル、統計情報、設定など)は、すべて利用者のMacのローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。当方のサーバーへ送信されることはなく、当方がこれらのデータにアクセスすることもできません。

4. Googleログイン情報(トークン)の保存と削除

保存場所: Googleアカウント認証で取得したアクセストークンおよびリフレッシュトークンは、利用者のMac内に、利用者本人のみが読み取れるファイル権限で保存されます。当方へ送信されることはありません。
削除方法: 本アプリの設定画面にある「接続解除」ボタンを押すことで、Mac内に保存されたトークンは削除されます。また、Googleアカウントのセキュリティ設定ページから、いつでも本アプリのアクセス権を取り消すことができます。

5. Googleユーザーデータの取り扱いに関する遵守事項

BGM PilotによるGoogle APIから取得した情報の利用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API Services User Data Policy(Limited Use要件を含む)に準拠します。

6. YouTube API Servicesの利用

本アプリはYouTube API Servicesを利用しています。本アプリを利用することにより、利用者はYouTube利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。あわせて、Googleプライバシーポリシー(http://www.google.com/policies/privacy)をご確認ください。

7. ウェイトリストで取得するメールアドレス

本サイトのウェイトリストにご登録いただいたメールアドレスは、招待のご案内および本アプリの提供開始・重要なお知らせの送付のみに使用します。第三者への提供・販売は行いません。登録の削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。速やかに削除します。

8. 外部サービスについて

本アプリは、利用者ご自身が契約する外部サービス(Suno、Anthropic(Claude)、OpenAI(ChatGPT)など)と連携して動作します。これらのサービスにおける情報の取り扱いは、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページで告知します。重要な変更がある場合は、合理的な方法で利用者に通知します。

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how BAULIFE ("we", "us") handles user information in connection with the Mac application "BGM Pilot" (the "App") and this website (the "Site").

The App runs entirely on the user's own Mac to help operate a YouTube BGM channel. We do not operate any server that collects or stores user data.

2. Data the App Accesses and Why

With the user's explicit permission (Google account sign-in), the App accesses the following data via the YouTube Data API:

YouTube channel information (channel name, channel ID, etc.) — to identify the connected channel and display it within the App.
Video uploads and metadata (title, description, tags, thumbnail, scheduled publishing, etc.) — to upload and schedule videos approved by the user to the user's own channel.
Posting comments — to post comments (such as pinned comments) on the user's channel, with the user's approval, as part of channel operation.
Retrieving statistics (views, subscribers, etc.) — to show performance reports to the user.

This data is never used for any other purpose (such as advertising, sale to third parties, or profiling).

3. Where Data Is Stored — Only on the User's Mac

All data the App obtains or generates (channel information, videos, thumbnails, music files, statistics, settings, etc.) is stored only in local storage on the user's Mac. It is never transmitted to our servers, and we have no ability to access it.

4. Google Sign-In Credentials (Tokens): Storage and Deletion

Storage: Access and refresh tokens obtained through Google sign-in are stored on the user's Mac with file permissions readable only by the user. They are never sent to us.
Deletion: Pressing the "Disconnect" button in the App's settings deletes the tokens stored on the Mac. Users may also revoke the App's access at any time from their Google Account security settings.

5. Compliance with Google's User Data Policy

BGM Pilot's use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Use of YouTube API Services

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Please also review the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).

7. Waitlist Email Addresses

Email addresses submitted to the waitlist on the Site are used only to send invitations, launch announcements, and important notices. They are never shared with or sold to third parties. To have your address removed, contact us at the address below and we will delete it promptly.

8. Third-Party Services

The App works together with third-party services that the user contracts with directly (such as Suno, Anthropic (Claude), and OpenAI (ChatGPT)). Information handled by those services is governed by their respective privacy policies.

9. Changes to This Policy

Any changes to this Policy will be announced on this page. Material changes will be communicated to users by reasonable means.
