利用規約
第1条(適用)
本規約は、BAULIFE(以下「当方」)が提供するMacアプリ「BGM Pilot」(以下「本アプリ」)および関連ウェブサイト(以下あわせて「本サービス」)の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリをインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
第2条(提供形態)
本アプリは現在、無償の招待制トライアルとして提供されています(課金はありません)。将来、サブスクリプション形式での有償販売を予定しており、その際の価格・条件は特定商取引法に基づく表記および本サイトで告知します。
第3条(ライセンス)
- 当方は利用者に対し、本アプリを利用する非独占的・譲渡不能なライセンスを許諾します。1ライセンスにつき利用できるのは1名の利用者のみです。
- 本アプリおよび招待キーの再配布・転売・貸与・共有は禁止します。
- 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルは、法令で認められる場合を除き禁止します。
第4条(招待キー)
- 招待キーの発行数・発行先・発行時期は当方の裁量で決定します。
- 当方は、本規約違反その他合理的な理由がある場合、招待キーを失効させることができます。無償トライアルは予告のうえ終了することがあります。
第5条(外部サービスの利用)
本アプリは、利用者ご自身が契約する外部サービスと連携して動作します。各外部サービスの契約・費用負担・規約遵守は、すべて利用者自身の責任で行うものとします。
- YouTube: 利用者はYouTube利用規約および各種ポリシー(コミュニティガイドライン、収益化ポリシー等)を遵守するものとします。
- Suno: 楽曲生成には、商用利用が可能なプラン(有料)を利用者自身が契約することが前提です。生成された楽曲の権利(商用利用の可否・帰属を含む)は、利用者とSunoの間の契約に紐づきます。当方は楽曲の権利について何ら保証しません。
- Claude(Anthropic)/ ChatGPT(OpenAI): 各サービスの利用契約は利用者自身が締結し、各社の利用規約に従うものとします。
第6条(AI生成物に関する免責)
- 本アプリを通じて生成されるコンテンツ(楽曲・サムネイル・タイトル・説明文・コメント等)の内容の正確性・適法性・品質について、当方は保証しません。公開前の内容確認は利用者の責任で行ってください。
- 生成されたコンテンツがYouTube上で収益化できること、収益化が維持されることを当方は保証しません。
第7条(サービスの変更・停止に関する免責)
- YouTube・Google・Suno・Anthropic・OpenAIその他外部サービスの仕様変更、ポリシー変更、API提供条件の変更、サービス終了等により、本アプリの機能の全部または一部が利用できなくなる場合があります。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。
- 当方は、本アプリの提供を予告のうえ変更・中断・終了することができます。
- 当方の責に帰すべき事由により利用者に損害が生じた場合でも、当方の賠償責任は、有償提供期間中に利用者が当方に支払った直近12ヶ月分の利用料金を上限とします(無償トライアル期間中は賠償責任を負いません)。ただし、当方の故意または重過失による場合はこの限りではありません。
第8条(禁止事項)
利用者は、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリを用いて第三者の権利(著作権・商標権・プライバシー等)を侵害する行為
- YouTubeその他外部サービスの規約・ポリシーに違反する態様での利用
- 本アプリ・招待キーの再配布、不正取得、不正利用
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
第9条(規約の変更)
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。重要な変更がある場合は、合理的な方法で利用者に通知します。
第10条(準拠法・管轄)
本規約は日本法に準拠し、日本法に従って解釈されます。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service
This English version is provided for reference. In case of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms govern the use of the Mac application "BGM Pilot" (the "App") and related websites (together, the "Service") provided by BAULIFE ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Article 2 (Current Offering)
The App is currently offered as a free, invitation-only trial (no charges apply). We plan to offer the App as a paid subscription in the future; pricing and conditions will be announced on the Commercial Transactions Act disclosure page and on this site.
Article 3 (License)
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App. One license may be used by one user only.
- Redistribution, resale, lending, or sharing of the App or invitation keys is prohibited.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App is prohibited except to the extent permitted by law.
Article 4 (Invitation Keys)
- The number, recipients, and timing of invitation keys are determined at our discretion.
- We may revoke an invitation key in the event of a breach of these Terms or for other reasonable cause. The free trial may be terminated with prior notice.
Article 5 (Third-Party Services)
The App operates in conjunction with third-party services that you contract with directly. You are solely responsible for contracting with, paying for, and complying with the terms of each third-party service.
- YouTube: You must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and applicable policies (Community Guidelines, monetization policies, etc.).
- Suno: Music generation requires that you yourself subscribe to a paid Suno plan that permits commercial use. Rights in generated music (including commercial usability and ownership) are governed by your own agreement with Suno. We make no warranty regarding rights in generated music.
- Claude (Anthropic) / ChatGPT (OpenAI): You must enter into your own agreements with these providers and comply with their respective terms.
Article 6 (Disclaimer Regarding AI-Generated Content)
- We make no warranty as to the accuracy, legality, or quality of content generated through the App (music, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, comments, etc.). You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
- We do not warrant that generated content can be monetized on YouTube, or that monetization will be maintained.
Article 7 (Disclaimer Regarding Service Changes and Interruptions)
- Changes to specifications, policies, or API terms of YouTube, Google, Suno, Anthropic, OpenAI, or other third-party services, or termination of such services, may render all or part of the App's functionality unavailable. We are not liable for damages arising therefrom.
- We may modify, suspend, or terminate the App with prior notice.
- If we are liable for damages attributable to us, our liability shall be limited to the fees you paid to us during the most recent 12 months of any paid period (no liability applies during the free trial), except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
- Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
- Using the App to infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, etc.)
- Use that violates the terms or policies of YouTube or other third-party services
- Redistribution, unauthorized acquisition, or misuse of the App or invitation keys
- Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service
Article 9 (Amendments)
We may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect when posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated to users by reasonable means.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business as the court of first instance.
